• 10 year mandatory minimum sentences for trafficking, no plea deals, no exceptions.
• Military and federal action at the southern border to dismantle cartel operations.
• Classify fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction to unlock national-level response.
• Hold China accountable for chemical exports.
• Fund real recovery programs, not taxpayer funded enablers.
